Review Guard is our built-in review protection system that filters out 1-3 star ratings before they reach your public Google page. Instead, customers with a negative experience are asked to leave private feedback so you can resolve the issue before it impacts your reputation.
When a customer taps or scans your Boost My Reviews card or stand:
- If they choose 4-5 stars, they're directed to your Google review page.
- If they choose 1-3 stars, they're redirected to a private feedback form. You receive this feedback by email instantly.
Yes! Review Guard is built into all Boost My Reviews products—no extra setup or tech skills needed.

A saved link is a custom link (QR code, barcode, or dynamic redirect) that routes your customers through Review Guard. Basic includes 1 saved link, while Pro gives you unlimited.
Nope! You just need a Google Business Profile. We host everything else—no coding, app setup, or website needed.
Not at all. Review Guard doesn't block or delete reviews. It simply redirects low-star customers to private feedback first, giving you a fair chance to resolve the issue.
